Publish is a private publishing tool operated by the owner of this website. It is used only by its owner to publish their own videos to their own social media accounts. It is not offered to the public and has no user sign-ups.

What the tool stores

• Account connections. When the owner connects an account on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads or TikTok, the tool stores the access token that platform issues, plus the account’s ID, display name, username and profile picture. Tokens are encrypted on the server.
• Videos. A video is kept on the server only while it is being sent to the chosen platforms and is deleted automatically once every platform confirms. If a platform fails, the video is kept for a limited time so the post can be retried, then deleted.
• Post history. The caption, chosen accounts, publishing status and links to the published posts are kept so the owner can review past posts.

YouTube API Services

Publishing to YouTube uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page.

How the data is used

Data from connected platforms is used only to publish content the owner has chosen and to show the result. It is not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or combined with other data. The tool sends data only to the platform APIs the owner selects when publishing.

Removing access and deleting data

Removing an account on the Accounts screen deletes its stored token and profile details immediately. You can also revoke access from the platform itself: Google Account → Security → Third-party connections; Instagram, Facebook or Threads → Settings → Apps and websites; TikTok → Settings → Security → Apps. When a platform notifies the tool that access was removed or deletion was requested, the related account data is deleted.
